You, as the cardholder, can aid us in the protection of your account. Never give anyone your Password or PIN number. Check your ZITRO Prepaid Card account page often. And please contact us immediately if you feel your account has been compromised in any way.

Q. What can I buy with a ZITRO Prepaid Card?

You can buy almost anything with a ZITRO Prepaid Card.

The only restrictions on shopping with a ZITRO Prepaid Card are those that would apply even if you were standing in a store with cold, hard cash in hand! Every cardholder is prohibited from making any transaction that would be deemed illegal in any manner.

Q. Can I get a ZITRO Prepaid Card?

A ZITRO Prepaid Card can be purchased by anyone over 18 years of age. The ZITRO Prepaid Card allows individuals without bank accounts to access their cash using a card. You do not have to worry about credit to shop with the ZITRO Prepaid Card! Just get a card today!

Q. Do I need to have a bank Account?

No you do not. Your card has your money loaded onto it.

Q. Will I get charged for Direct Deposit?

If you are loading cash you will; however, if your paycheck is deposited onto your account your employer may absorb the minimal charge of $1.50.

Q. How do I get my money from my card?

You can withdraw cash from your card at any Heritage Bank ATM or Credit Union ATM. Additionally, we have a bill pay option for you that you can access at Heritage online.

Q. How do I check my balance?

Checking your balance is easy, you can go online for free to to check your balance or you can call 223-1678 or go to an ATM to check your balance.

Q. What time can I withdraw my pay if I am setup with Direct Deposit?

You will have access to funds from your paycheck at the opening of business the following day after your employer has deposited same, (please note that this can also be contingent upon your employer’s bank).

Q. What should I do if I lose my card or it is stolen?

Contact our toll-free Customer Service line immediately and we will deactivate your card. Contact your employer or any ZITRO Agent and acquire a new card. Once you have been issued a new card and notified us of your old card we will move funds from your old card to your new one. We will ensure that we update the system for all your future deposits.
